Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order for a full refund before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned according to our returns policy.
Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- The perfume box and packaging must be undamaged.
- The cellophane wrapping or seal must be intact and not removed.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened, sprayed, used, or altered fragrance products.
Items We Cannot Accept for Return
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Products with removed or damaged cellophane wrapping.
- Items not in original packaging.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- Gift cards or promotional/free items, unless faulty.
Return Process
To request a return, please contact RAJ PERFUMES within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- Your full name.
- The item you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us first.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by RAJ PERFUMES, such as receiving a wrong, faulty, or damaged item.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 3 to 7 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos of the damaged item.
- Photos of the outer packaging.
- A short explanation of the issue.
Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until we have reviewed your claim, as we may need further evidence.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please do not open, spray, or use the product. The item must remain sealed and in its original condition.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Free Delivery & Promotions
If your order qualified for free delivery or a promotional offer, and returning an item reduces the order value below the free delivery or promotion threshold, the original delivery cost or promotional discount may be deducted from your refund.
