Delivery Information
We deliver luxury perfumes, Arabian fragrances and gifts across the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Orders over £200 qualify for free delivery.
Delivery Time
Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a working day will usually be processed the same day. Delivery is normally expected on the next working day or the following working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed on the next working day. Delivery will normally take 1–2 working days from dispatch.
Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

- Please make sure your delivery address, phone number and email are correct before completing payment.
- We may contact you if there is an issue with your order, address or payment confirmation.
- Perfume products must be delivered safely and may require careful handling by the courier.
- If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, extra delivery charges may apply.
