1. About RAJ PERFUMES
This website is operated by RAJ PERFUMES. We sell perfumes, bakhoor, oud, gift sets and related fragrance products to customers in the United Kingdom.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. We may cancel or refund an order if an item is unavailable, priced incorrectly, suspected of fraud, or cannot be delivered to the address provided.
Product images are for illustration and may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings or packaging updates.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already paid for unless there has been an obvious pricing error.
Online orders are paid securely by card through our payment provider. We do not offer cash, bank transfer or pickup payment for online checkout.
Payment must be authorised before we process and dispatch the order.
4. Delivery
We currently provide delivery-only online checkout. Pickup from store is not available through the online checkout.
- Standard Delivery is £8.00 for orders under £200.
- Free Standard Delivery is available when the order subtotal is £200 or more.
- Orders placed before 12:00 noon on a working day are usually processed the same day.
- Delivery is normally expected within 1–2 working days from dispatch.
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon, during weekends or on bank holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, courier delays, events outside our control, or failed delivery attempts.
5. Returns, exchanges and cancellations
You may have cancellation rights under UK consumer law. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or damaged fragrance products may not be accepted for return unless faulty.
If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where relevant.
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method once approved.
6. Customer accounts
You may create an account to track orders and save addresses. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, misuse of the website, or activity that may harm our business or other customers.
7. Our liability
We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, loss of profit, or losses caused by information you entered incorrectly.
